Terms and Conditions

The rates are quoted in US$ per room per day and include half board treatment.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations for reservations are accepted free of charge only 7 Days prior to the date of arrival.
• Cancellation between the 7th day and the 2nd day of the arrival date 50% of deposit paid in advance.
• Cancellation made within 2 days of arrival date 100% of the deposit paid in advance.

Child Policy

• Infants aged 0 – 6years old sharing with parents, free of charge.
• Children between 6 – 12 years in extra bed will be charged $20 on room rate.
• Children above 12years will be charged as adults.

Reservation and payment

50% deposit via Bank Transfer is required at the time of booking, please contact us if you need some help regarding payment.
Kuwera (Pvt) Ltd , The company of Kuwera eco Lodge will safeguard the confidentiality and security of the information received from you. All your personal information such as contact details provided by you will be stored in a confidential manner. None of the information received from you will be transferred or disclose to any other party. The payments will only be used for accommodation and meal charges.

Refunds

Refunds are made after reducing the cancellation and other charges as mentioned under terms & conditions. Balance amount will be reversed to your credit card or on your PayPal account (which payment was made) or to your bank account in the same currency with which you paid.
